Introduction of the production line
First, marble or calcite would undergo two stage crushing. The first stage is coarse crushing. The materials are crushed to as small as sizing 5-10 centimeters by the jaw crusher. Then the materials are cleaned by the ore washer.

After that comes the stage of fine crushing. The materials are crushed to particles sizing 1-2 centimeters by baffle crusher, hammer crusher or cone crusher. Then they are sent to the feed bin by band conveyor and stored there. During the grinding stage, the materials are first elevated by bucket elevator to the transit silo for buffering. Then they go through belted scale and screw conveyer. The materials are fed into the main body of the vertical roller mill continuously and uniformly.

After being grinded into powder, they are sent into the turbine air classifier on the top of the mill to be classified. Those fine powder which are qualified are sent to the pulse dust collector to be get the dust removed and powder collected under the effect of negative pressure air stream.

Finally they are sent to the finished products stock silo and packaging machine to be packaged. The leftover bits and pieces of materials are sent to the back feed screw conveyor through the discharging opening. Then they are sent to the bucket elevator behind the feed silo and sent back to the mill and enter the grinding process again.
